About this series
This page presents the documentary chapters of Sworn To Secrecy as a private, work-in-progress screening environment. Each chapter is hosted externally on Vimeo and offered here in two versions: English audio with English subtitles, and English audio with Dutch subtitles.
The series brings together disciplines that are rarely combined in one coherent narrative: chemistry, physics, astronomy, theology, historical analysis, and the unique Mount Tabor event – all converging on the mystery of the Shroud and the question of what truly happened in that tomb.

Chapter 4 THE QUANTUM SIGNATURE

In Chapter 4, The Quantum Signature, the court examines the unexplained image on the Shroud of Turin. Quantum physicist Professor Edward Heller, supported by brief practical observations from Dr. Alan Doherty, considers whether paint, pigment, scorching, contact, or medieval technique can explain its extremely superficial fiber discoloration and three-dimensional information.
Quantum physics is not presented as proof of the Resurrection. The central question is whether the accusation of medieval fraud explains the evidence — or whether the image points beyond current scientific explanation, toward the light before the tomb.

In Hoofdstuk 4, The Quantum Signature, onderzoekt de rechtbank het onverklaarde beeld op de Lijkwade van Turijn. Kwantumfysicus professor Edward Heller, ondersteund door enkele praktische observaties van dr. Alan Doherty, beoordeelt of verf, pigment, verschroeiing, contact of een middeleeuwse techniek de uiterst oppervlakkige verkleuring van de vezels en de driedimensionale informatie kunnen verklaren.
De kwantumfysica wordt niet gepresenteerd als bewijs voor de Verrijzenis.
